      The information in these fields is necessary for us to process your contact request, arrange a private demonstration, open your customer account, and fulfill your order. You cannot complete the order, open the account, accept a private demonstration, or send the contact message without providing this information.

      After the contract is fulfilled or your customer account is deleted, access to your data will be restricted. This data will be deleted upon expiry of the legal retention period, unless you have given your consent or we have the option to process your data further, in which case you will be informed of this processing.

   3. DATA TRANSFER FOR ORDER PROCESSING

      As part of fulfilling your contract, we transmit your data to the company responsible for delivering the products. Depending on the payment service provider you select during the ordering process, we transmit the payment data you provide to the credit institution responsible for processing the payment and to any service providers we have authorized. Some of this information is collected directly by the payment service providers with whom you have created an account. In this case, you must log in using the credentials you created when you set up that account during the ordering process.    4. USE OF DATA FOR NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION AND FOR SENDING COMMERCIAL OFFERS

   In accordance with current regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, port and erase your data, as well as the right to object and the right to limit the processing of data concerning you.

   You also have the option of giving DVP instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death.

   When we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, unless DVP’s legitimate interest overrides that withdrawal, for example when we need to process a product order.

   Note: The exercise of the right to erasure of data, the rights to object and to limit the processing of your data can only be implemented if DVP does not have a legitimate reason to continue processing your data, for example to follow up on an order.

   Your request will be processed as soon as possible, and at the latest within three (3) months of your request.

5. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

   In accordance with current regulations, DVP retains your data for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing it implements, unless you have authorized DVP to retain your data for further use.
