1. OBJECT

   2.1.These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter “the Terms”) govern the use of the Sites.

   The websites www.vacuum-tech.com and www.dvpdistribution.com respectively present the products of the Vacuum Tech and Vortech Force brand marketed by Distribution Vortech Paris (DVP) as well as the world around the products.

   The website www.vacuum-tech.com/boutique/ offers users the possibility to purchase online products from the brands Vacuum tech and Vortech Force and have them delivered to an address of their choice (for more information regarding the terms of sale: General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the online store).

   2.2.Access to the online store services is conditional upon the prior creation of an account on the Site according to the terms specified below.

   Creating an account on the Site implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

   2.3.If you do not wish to create an account: by continuing to browse the Sites, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them in whole or in part, you must stop browsing the Sites.

   4.2.1.DVP cannot be held responsible in any way for the consequences of not personalizing your password.

   You can change your password at any time by clicking on the “My Account” section, then “Change Password”.

   4.2.2.It is your responsibility to ensure strict confidentiality of your login details.

8. CASES OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

   In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, DVP reserves the right to unsubscribe you from the Site, by deleting your account, either temporarily or permanently, notwithstanding any legal action that DVP may take against you.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

   These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

   Any dispute or disagreement relating to the execution or interpretation of the Terms and Conditions which cannot be settled amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
